Commercial Debt Collection

At any time, a customer does not pay for products or services that our clients have delivered, then the overdue debt payment accounts are assigned to us for recovery. The percentage of fees charges apply based on the age of the bad debt.

Security Register

CAVEATS/LIEN OR PPSR/PPSA hereinafter referred to as Security Arrangement (SA) are process that protected our client’s interest and secure the ability to collect due. In a different country this security arrangement is called by different names as an example in the Australian Personal Property Securities Act, In New Zealand, Personal Property Securities Register and other countries generally referred to as a caveat.

Should legal action become necessary, we work with lawyers who specialize in the trading laws of the individual country involved. Collectively, we will discuss the case with the lawyer and you in detail. Specifically, the likely cost and time implications of any legal action that you may wish to consider.
